We are a Portuguese-registered travel agency, registered with the Portuguese Tourism Registry (RNAVT No. 12907) and protected by the Travel and Tourism Guarantee Fund (FGVT), ensuring protection for travelers worldwide. The trip will include transportation, which are all flights, trains, and buses, excluding transfers from for example airport and your hotel. Each passenger will be able to freely bring a 25L backpack as a minimum, depending on the carrier. Some will allow more luggage, and all of them will allow you to add extra through our checkout process. Accommodation can also be added to your trip, and will normally apply for its full duration. That means all locations and days of traveling will be covered. Food may also be included, depending on the type of accommodation. Click on “view details” in your accommodation for more information and click “see alternatives” to filter through all the options.
To change your itinerary just click “see alternatives” on the trip page, below the transportation schedule. In “see alternatives” you can change dates, and filter for departing and arriving stations, carrier, and transportation means. You can also order by price or speed.
We do not charge any hidden fees, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, or unexpected add-ons. Please note that airline fares are set by the carriers and can change until the booking is confirmed and the tickets are issued. While we work to keep our prices up to date, in rare cases a fare may increase between the time you place your order and the moment the airline confirms the booking. Once your booking is confirmed and the tickets are issued, the price is final.
For every trip each passenger can freely bring a 25L backpack. Some airlines will allow you to bring more luggage, especially for long-distance trips. You will have all the details at the checkout when you click reserve. You will also be able to add more luggage there, for the desired passengers.
With our "WIZZ Holidays Flex" protection you can cancel your trip for any reason up to 2 days before the departure and get an 80% refund. No justification is required and the refund bank transfer is instant. WIZZ Holidays flex starts at 5 EUR per passenger, depending on the itinerary, and can be added at the checkout.
In the rare case of a disruption, our team will assist you in finding alternatives. We will also guide you through the process of obtaining monetary compensation from the carrier, when applicable.
We will require the names and dates of birth of all passengers as well as their nationalities. We will ask you to select your luggage options and if you want refundable tickets. Last, you will be able to purchase the trip with one click for all flights, trains, and buses, as well as accommodation: either with a credit card, Google Pay, or similar payment means. We will not store any credit card information and the payment is PCI certified. Having completed the payment you will have access to your reservation, through WIZZ Holidays “manage my booking”. There you can keep track of your itinerary and add extra luggage, between others. You will receive your boarding passes via email as well as on the “manage booking” page.
Seats are freely assigned during the check-in process. If you want to make sure you get a window seat or that you are together with your travel companions make sure to add a seat at the manage booking page, after you have reserved your trip or during your reservation.
After adding accommodation in “add accommodation” you will get the default recommended accommodation for your trip. If you would like to change this you can do so by pressing “see alternatives”. You will be presented with various hotel options and filters. There you will be able to also select your room type. If you would like to change the room configuration, you can do so by clicking “view details”.
We support multiple payment methods, like “book now, pay later” with Klarna, Paypal, Google, and Apple Pay and credit/ debit cards. Also, we support multiple regional payment providers. All the options will be displayed at the checkout.
